Each day will be focussed on some specific topic and issue in biology. Talks are not meant to be deeply technical, but they should rather provide and insight into how a scientific question is successfully addressed combining different backgrounds and discipline.
Talk lengths are 30-35 minutes leaving 5-10 minutes to questions. Talks by keynote speakers are 45-50 minutes leaving 5-10 minutes to questions.
Round tables and discussions are scheduled during the week to summarize the main issues of the day and to highlight open and challenging problems and new trends. The discussions should also promote dialogue between researchers of different universities and affiliations.
